We stopped in for Dinner 8/1/2010 and were promptly seated. For the next 25 minutes we waited and not one waiter or waitress came to the table. The next stop was to the front desk to request to see a manager. A few minutes later we were told by the same guy from the front desk that all of the managers were busy with shift change and were unable to come to the table. At no time was an apology made for the lack of service nor was an effort made by this guy to correct the problem. Instead this guy blamed everything on their computer. Yes you did hear that right, according to him the computer told a waitress that was not there that she had a table. With that everything went downhill, I demanded to speak to the computer and when I got nowhere we left.
Jimmy, love your music but if you want this restaurant to become a success you better fire the whole lot of them.
BTW: Right across the street is Shoeless Joe’s. This is where we ate and the food was excellent and so was the service.

The food was great, service was good but the music was so loud. I mean, ear pearcing loud. It was so loud I started laughing because I've never experienced anything like that before. I have never been to a restaurant before where my company and I couldn't speak. I asked the staff to turn it down but they said they couldn't because it was already programmed. I won't be going back.

We went here because it was across from our hotel and we had driven 8 hours. There were 4 adults and 3 older children. The service was HORRIBLE and the food was not much better. We had a portabella mushroom sandwich and you had to hunt for the mushroom. The food was way overpriced and not worth the very long wait. Try to get away from the major attractions and hotels and you will do much better.
