Had a late lunch at IHOP at the Best Western with my family. The menu was a bit limited for lunch items, but we settled for whatever they had because it was snowing out and it was freezing cold ... plus we were starving! Not only was the menu limited, it was also confusing. There was a Canadian price and an American price (which was cheaper than the Canadian). Here's what we ordered: a grilled chicken salad and chicken strips with fries for my 4 year old. I had a soda, my son had 2 milks and my husband (who didn't order any food) just had an iced tea. We get the bill and all that food cost us $44! What?! We were informed that they were charging us the Canadian prices. We were going to break a fifty ... yeah, we ended up leaving the whole thing behind. How could it be so much, you ask? Well, it didn't help that $7 of the $44 was all sorts of Canadian taxes. We paid less for a dinner for 3 at Tony Roma's the night before and we didn't get charged as much in taxes. RIDICULOUS! We walked in the restaurant read the menu and left. Outrageous prices - $17.99 for pancakes. Been there on multiple occasions. Food and service is great. Large portions. A must go too.
FOOD Is terrible , my boyfriend and i ordered quick eggs breakfast and pancake platter and 2 apple juices . Food was cold messy on the plate , eggs werent cooked to liking waiter was an idoit ( too concered about a tip) . Took about 20 -25 mins for the nasty food. Still hungry afterwards cost 50.00 canadian for crap

Food was not good at all. Have been there twice in the last 6 months and it is not up to IHOP standards at all. Very over priced - small servings, cold and microwaved. Visited summer of 2010, food was ok, service was ok, but $50CAD for family of 4 seemed overpriced...grab a coffee and BELT at Tims
80$ for breakfast for family of four.
