visited summer 2009. Food was good. Service was nice and fast. Price was reasonable giving kids eat free special. Restaurant clean. The only nuisance was that the washroom was on another floor.

Wow this place was horrible!The server was incompetent...and the food came out cold and disgusting....will never return!

I don't know what this person is complaining about.
The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The games were fun, and the overall experience was something I would recommened.

The worst Dave and Buster's I have ever been too, and i have been to a lot. We had to go and ask the waitress for drinks. The waitress even told me that most people look at the prices on the menu and leave. The food was horrible. I got the Teryaki Sirloin and it was burnt. The frazzled onions were hard and tastless. When i didn't eat my meal, they gave me a $10 power card and didn't even offer to cook another steak. If you want to go to Dave and Buster's in Niagara Falls, don't. Go to Buffalo and get better Food and service at a reasonable price. There is one in Williamsville just 30 min. accross the border.

Absolutely worst food and terrible ambience. Overpriced overfried crap. crappy midway pitch-'till-you-lose games like Skeeball and basketball sinking.
