Biggest and best veal Parm I have ever had. Excellent sweet tomato sauce. A little more then the average place but the food is a little better then the average place. Good atmosphere.

This restaurant came recommended by a business associate. We all thought it might have been one of the best meals we've ever had. The ambiance was lovely, the waitstaff attentive but not intrusive and the food was beyond fantastic. I can't wait for another excuse to travel to Niagara Falls. I'm almost tempted to do the 2 hour drive just to eat there.

I rate Carpaccio amoung Niagara's best. Beef tenderloin is superb!

Greeted at entering Restaurant ,quick Table service, freindly waitress, very knowledgeable of menu items and wine list, food choices were dynamite, couldn't find a excellent homemade lasagna anywhere else except here very meaty ,cheesy full of flavour a must try. Creme' Brule a must try everything a 10+. I'LL BE BACK.

An enjoyable dining experience. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Generous servings, cooked as requested. Service from Jim was friendly - even to the extent of arranging to have one of the chefs show us how the topping of creme brule is prepared.

This was truly a fine restaurant. Excellent!

Major disappiontment !! We were recommended here by our hotel only to find an Italian Restaurant in disguise. Veal was weak, undercooked and cold. Gnocchi looked like the same ones you can buy at the grocery store. Sause was way too sweet to be authentic. Pass on this one.

the service was very poor , it was like half the staff have been hired because they knew someone. Maybe hire some professional servers , and not your cousin vinny ! the waiter looked like he never opened a bottle of wine before. The atmosphere in the bar side is actually nice . The restaraunt side actually had booths , next time i want to be in a booth , i'll visit a truckstop diner . Usually when things are this bad it is poorly managed

I used to love this place! I recommended it to every friend visiting Niagara Falls, but on my last visit in Jan 2007, I swore to never come back. There has got to be a new chef or new owners. The food is nothing like it used to be. My veal tasted like a frozen entree TV dinner. The pasta was not very good. The service was awesome as always, but i was very disappointed with the food. It was horrible value for that price.

Great wine selection resonably priced service was great and the food delicious. We will definetly return.

everything was teriffic Jim our server was top notch.

what a joke why would some idiot spend so much money on a beautiful place and serve such crap food.1-the bread was stale and the butter was frozen2-didnt offer salad?3-the veal was horrible tasted deepfried and the spagetti was so undercooked(the whole 20 strands of it)that it broke when i tried to twirl it and eat it!4-the sauce tasted like motts clamato mixed with ketchup!i left the food on the table(with the money) and walked out...

The atmosphere is great, clean, fancy but not a tie and suit restaurant and the food was excellent. Honestly, I dont think you can go to a restaurant in Niagara Falls and get great food at a reasonable price... Also - the manager helped us get into a club...really not necessary, but she went out of her way to help...

Outstanding in every area, ambiance, price, service & most definitely the food - exactly as requested, all needs met... really recommend - POSITIVE experience... would revisit in a heartbeat!!!

This evening was our Wedding Day evening and our First Wedding Anniversary. From the welcome at the door, throughout dinner, and dessert to our leaving this restaurant we were extremely pleased with our experience...this will be a yearly tradition for my husband and myself.

I HAD A GREAT TIME AT CARPACCIO, THE ATMOSPHERE IS GREAT, CLEAN AND FANCY THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT A LITTLE EXPENSIVE THAN THE AVERAGE PRICE BUT WE ALL ENJOYED OUR FOOD

The food was absolutely wonderful, would not change a thing. Our Host, Carl, was very attentive to our needs and our server was polite & effecient. We were planning on returning on the Sunday only to find that it was closed. We do intend to return again with friends that are very interested in sharing in our dining experience.

6 of us came here for a birthday dinner last week. Not sure if I would ever go back. It was very busy and we where seated at a table in the lounge. My meal (chicken) was dry, a small mound of mashed potatoes and 5 snap peas. For the price we paid I did not feel that it was worth the value. The appetizer were better. When the food came our empty plates from the appetizers were still on the table, to me they should be cleared before the main course comes. Had to ask for ground pepper and the candle to be lit. Overall not impressed. The prices were expensive for pasta. This area offers many more restaurants I would eat at before I would ever come back.

I had the stuffed portobello mushroom appetizer, it was delicious! I will go back just for that. It came with a little bit of salad. I also had the gnocci verdi, which was very good except the sauce was more like soup and very salty! There were 23 of us. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food, I didn't hear any complaints. Except my cousin beside me, I don't think he was impressed.

very bad service from the time I entered the buiding. very slow service and service seemed to pre ocupied gossiping, I could hear them. food was either cold or over cooked. chef should be ashamed to serve such garbage. wont return or recomend to anyone.

Ate here a few times and even recommended to others. Food is good for price. Fish, Steak, Veal, Lamb all good. Service has been good and appetizers and desert is ok.

Awful! Over priced. Would NEVER visit again. Looks nice, but that is all.

This is an excellent choice for italian cuisine.  My family and I were on vacation from Maryland and decided to travel for local cuisine.  The food was delicious (pollo monte carlo and pollo pepperenata).  The chicken was tender and juicy. The sauce was delicious.  The bread was warm and tasty.  This place is also great for kids.  They had all the right choices for the little ones (3 kids ages 4-8).  We were very, very, pleased with the service, atmosphere and food!  We give it ten thumbs up; that's two thumbs for each person dining in our party.

I was recommended to eat here.  My wife's dinner was cold and the portions small. The service was ok but I went to experience the hype of the food not the service.  I was VERY disappointed. not a good value for the money spent.  Walked out of the place hungry and went to find something else at another establishment. Will spend my hard earned money somewhere else.

Have visited a couple times and found the meals to be decent, not great but decent. First time I went with my partner and was faced with a homophobic table behind us who ruined our meal.
I found the wait staff to be attentive and very professional. Unfortuanltey can't say the same for the customers

This Restaurant is excellent! I see that many people have rated the restaurant low because of bad service- this is not an accurate way to judge a restaurant. I have been going to Carpaccio's for three years at least and I rate it a 9.7. Sometimes one can have a bad server, but believe me they will be weeded out. The wine selection is wonderful, the pizzas perfect and the gnocchi verdi a rich, indulgent treat! I highly recommend this establishment.
